SunPinyin for Mac Leopard updated (10)

感谢jjgod的贡献，为SunPinyin加入了自动更新的功能，

他还使用了新的打包工具iceberg，并为安装程序开发了一个插件，以支持检测和下载数据文件，

除此之外，本次更新还修正了“强制使用英文布局”选项无法正常工作的问题。
