周五和Sun的同事一起去延庆的香屯村爬野长城，由于当天是儿子的生日，要回沧州接儿子返京，所以只参加了上午的活动。现在真是体力不济，爬得很吃力。中午在村民家里吃的午餐，大家狼吞虎咽，柴鸡很美味，可惜菜量小了些，呵呵 ...
